The locals near my sisters shop were delighted when she had a cash machine installed the shop because the nearest bank was miles away . Unfortunately it was not all good news as the shop had many attempted burglaries She was not prepared the day the Police knocked on her door in the middle of the night to tell her that the shop had been ram raided and they had uses a fork lift truck hoping to take away with them the cash machine that had been filled up just that day. Well they didn`t succeed in taking the Cash machine but the damage was so immense that the shop had to be closed for three months as even the building had become unsafe. The first thing she did for the refurbishment was to have Bollards fitted right across the front of the shop and I am happy to say the ram raid has not been repeated. The Bollards have added extra security to the premises and peace of mind for my sister.
